After launching a slew of budget phones in July, iBall is back with a new camera-centric phone, the iBall Andi F2F 5.5U. The new smartphone is the first in the company’s new lineup of F2F camera smartphones, and its major highlight is the Exmor R Camera that iBall claims captures extraordinarily detailed pictures. The iBall Andi F2F 5.5U is priced at Rs. 6,999 and is available via retail stores in the country, as well as Amazon India.
The dual-SIM iBall Andi F2F 5.5U runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, and sports a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display with a pixel density of 267ppi. It is powered by a 1GHz Cortex-A53 quad-core processor coupled with a Mali-T720 GPU and 1GB of DDR3 RAM.
The iBall Andi F2F 5.5U sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture, Sony Exmor R sensor, and a dual-LED flash module, apart from a 5P lens. It bears a 5-megapixel front camera with HD video recording. Enhancements like Multi Angle View Mode, Live Photo Mode, and HDR have been included. The smartphone sports 8GB of inbuilt storage, expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
Connectivity options include 4G, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB. The Andi F2F 5.5U sports an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor. A 2700mAh battery pack is fitted inside the iBall Andi F2F 5.5U, which is rated to deliver up to 7 hours and 30 minutes of talk time on 4G networks, and standby time of 10 days. The handset will be available in a Gold colour variant.
