A37 moves closer to global launch. As mid-range options, the Samsung Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 were released in March 2025. The Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 are now expected to be unveiled by the tech giant in South Korea. The Galaxy A57 had previously been granted TENAA certification by China. Now, both devices have also cleared Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) certification.
The model numbers for the certified Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 are “SM-A376B/DS” and “SM-A576B/DS,” respectively. The IMDA listing does not reveal any information regarding the specifications, but suggests that a global launch could be imminent.
A Geekbench listing previously confirmed that the Galaxy A37 will use the Exynos 1480 chipset. As a point of reference, the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 was utilized in the prior Galaxy A36. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A57’s Geekbench listing revealed it would be powered by the Exynos 1680, hinting at around 12% more multi-core performance than the Galaxy A56 (curr. $349 on Amazon).
Additionally, both smartphones are rumored to feature 5,000mAh batteries with 45W fast charging. Regarding the launch, Samsung has not yet made any official announcements about the Galaxy A57 and A37, but a recent leak suggests that they could be unveiled in March. Separately, Samsung will hold a Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25, at which the flagship Galaxy S26 series is anticipated to be unveiled.
