HTC is back in the Indian smartphone business with the HTC Wildfire X. This is the smartphone that HTC launched in India on Wednesday after teasing it for some days. The HTC Wildfire X is the first smartphone from HTC this year. The last HTC phone that made to India was the HTC Desire 12 series. We at India Today Tech reviewed the HTC Desire 12+ but weren’t very satisfied with it. Read review here. The question now is, will HTC Wildfire X able to help the company gain back its long lost market presence in India? Let’s find out.
We are yet to try our hands on the HTC Wildfire X but by looking at the specs the phone seems like a decent one. Not great, not very bad, but decent. The smartphone is pretty aggressively priced in the country and that’s a good thing about it. Considering the price of the phone the HTC Wildfire X goes against smartphones like the Redmi Note 7S, the Samsung Galaxy M20, among others. But will the aggressive pricing help HTC regain back its market position? This only time will say.
The HTC Wildfire X sports good looks, decent hardware and cameras, fairly big battery and good screen. Let’s take a quick look at everything HTC Wildfire X brings to the consumers.
